Erin Nicole Porter is an Energetics Business Coach, Master Practitioner & Trainer of NLP & Hypnosis, Breathwork Facilitator, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in Training, Adult Attachment Repair Model Therapist, and host of The Energetics of Business Podcast.
She enjoys coaching women in her board certified coaching certification: The Quantum Ripple Effect®, how to heal internally so their businesses can thrive, aligned business strategy and the energetics of business. She is also the author of Burnout to Breakthrough and the Breakthrough Oracle deck.
After spending years in her hustle, go-go high achieving energy, her business skyrocketed when she tapped into her receiving energy, and began to heal the parts of her she always hid back.
She helps women scale through trauma informed business practices, internal healing, and understanding the energetics of business. Erin’s clients have gone on to become multiple six figure coaches, speakers, authors, international speakers, and have had incredible internal transformation.

Can I take this training online?
Yes! You can do this training entirely from the comfort of your home!
What certificates are board qualified?
NLP, Hypnotherapy, EFT, Time Techniques, Reiki, Life + Success Coaching. The QRE Methodology Practitioner, FIRES Coaching®, and Trauma Informed Life + Success Coaching are proprietary methods.
What is the full format of the certification?
In the Somatic Coach Pathway you watch modules on your own pace. After you are done watching the modules, you can come to our weekly practice calls and you have the opportunity to attend a 3 day live training in May 2026 (or you can watch the replay). There are also 5 practicum sessions to be completed in addition to the training modules.
The Subconscious Reprogramming PathwayIn the Somatic Coach Pathway you watch modules on your own pace. After you are done watching the modules, you will attend our 5 day live intensive (Next one is June 2026). There are additional practicum sessions to be completed in addition to the training modules. If you cannot attend the 5 day training you must complete videos to be fully certified.
What is the investment?
The investment ranges between $3000-$8000 depending upon if you do both pathways or just one individually.
What time are the Community Calls?
Community Calls are calls that you have lifetime access to. These are in addition to your cohort calls to provide you with support and integration. We offer Community Calls at a variety of different times to support everyone in time zones.

Somatic Coach Training is May 15-17, 2026Subconscious Reprogramming Training is June 11-15, 2026
What does it mean to be trauma sensitive/aware/informed vs. trauma trained?
There are many definitions of being trauma-informed, sensitive, or aware in the online space. We view trauma aware/sensitive/informed as knowing how to safely support someone when emotional experiences are coming up and referring out as necessary. Trauma trained is more in the scope of practice of a licensed therapist. Coaches are not a replacement for therapy. Our work works alongside therapy beautifully.
I'm already coaching is this for me?
If you’re looking to provide a deeper transformation with your clients and have modalities that can shift their mindset, belief system, and get better results - then you’ll want to become certified in these modalities!
I’m wanting to start a coaching business, is this for me?
YES! I wish I would have started here in my business! You’ll gain everything you need to know to scale or begin your coaching business.
What if I can’t make it to some of the live cohort calls, will there be a replay?
We ask that you attend at least 90% of the calls live as they are integration and practice-based calls. If for any reason you cannot attend, we will let you know what to do when you have joined the certification.
Is QRE a business coaching and/or personal healing program?
QRE is a coaching certification to certify you in NLP, Hypnotherapy, EFT, Time Techniques, Reiki, and Life Coaching. We do provide business support + additional coaching, however, this program is a certification and while we do offer business coaching calls and personal healing monthly, lots of modules and resources, our main purpose is to train you as a coach. Please note during the training we will ask you to use lighter examples as this is education based program vs. time for processing (on the training calls).
What if I’m certified in some of these already, does it make sense to join?
Great question. Yes! If you feel still unsure of when to use the techniques after completing a certification elsewhere, this is where you’ll embody them even more and get additional support around how to use them in your business.
Are there payment plans?
Yes! We have in house payment plans up to 12 monthly payments + are affiliated with Klarna/Afterpay.
