The Energetics of Business Mentorship is an energetics and coaching 1:1 and group mentorship for leaders who are ready for elevated CEO conversations and business expansion through the lens of the Energetics of Business. You're a visionary with a huge mission, heart, and soul that is ready to truly create your quantum year. At this point things are good in your business, but you're ready to go to exponential and you know only looking through the tactical lens isn't going to get you there.

My mentorship requires a depth of vulnerability, openness, and truth. If you're not willing to be seen (even if it's edgy) or are going to be in when it's good and out when it's not, this is not for you. I refuse to let you stay stuck in your suffering and I deeply want you to bring your magic forward. This is blending energetics, strategy + inner work together. I am not here to rescue or save your business, I am here to help you amplify your mission and make sure you are no longer the best kept secret.

- Monthly Calls:
There are two coaching calls/month. The calls are on every other Tuesday at 1:00pm PST. The first is a Macro or Micro Group Coaching Call (This means we either go big vision or in the details based on what you're needing) or it's a Subconscious + Somatic Call (Think more of the inner work, regulating your nervous system as a leader, increasing your capacity to receive + rewiring your subconscious for wealth + expansion) or it will be a Human Design Call with Lauren some months as well.

- WhatsApp Group:
Daily you can plug into a group what's app - which is where we will have support inside of what's app with different energetic + strategic intentional topics. Think of having me in your back pocket to coach you and you can also receive feedback from the group as well!
There will be curated conversations based on what's happening in the group. It's also open support for you to get feedback from the group and me for your coaching. Nothing is off limits. Whether you need eyeballs on something business related or to talk something out personally. Sometimes we don't know or can't see what we can't see. This brings more co-creative leadership together + sparking your subconscious to think differently.

Hi, I'm Erin:
Erin Nicole Porter is a Business Mentor + Somatic Coach, Master Practitioner & Trainer of NLP & Hypnosis, Breathwork Facilitator, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in Training, Adult Attachment Repair Model Therapist, and host of The Energetics of Business Podcast.
She enjoys coaching women in her board certified coaching certification: The Quantum Ripple Effect, how to increase their capacity to receive, aligned business strategy and the energetics of business. She is also the author of Burnout to Breakthrough and the Breakthrough Oracle deck.
After spending years in her hustle, go-go high achieving energy, her business skyrocketed when she tapped into her receiving energy, and began to heal the parts of herself that she always hid back.
Erin’s clients have gone on to scale to 7-8 figure businesses, international speakers, authors, and find themselves running their businesses with a regulated nervous system.
She has a Masters in Education, backgrounds in Crisis Management, Student Development, and Marketing & spent time as a health and fitness coach before stepping into the mindset and business world. She lives in San Diego, CA with her two puppies, but is a country girl from small-town Ohio at heart.
