The Year of Overflow is a 12-month private mentorship and collective field for women who are ready to expand their business income, nervous system, and life from true overflow.

You might be thinking...Why a year? That's a LONG time, a big investment, a long commitment.

That's exactly the point.

Because real overflow isn’t built in a sprint. It’s cultivated in seasons. We often want the benefits of overflow, without the commitment and devotion to it. Sometimes a hard truth to swallow.

The women who have created the deepest transformations in my work, the ones who doubled or tripled their income, re-patterned their nervous systems, restructured their businesses to feel like home, didn’t do it through quick wins. They devoted themselves to a body-based, year-long expansion, many year after year..

PS - I wouldn't ask you to walk through something I haven't done myself. When I commit I commit to the long haul because I know what it takes. And sometimes a quick support is great, but this container is meant to hold you through a year.

A year gives your nervous system time to stretch and stabilize.
To move through contraction without collapse.
To integrate success without self-abandonment.
