About Us

Erin is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Nutrition Coach. She has been in the health and fitness industry for over 4 years. She currently works with in person and online clients helping them create massive physical and mindset transformations. She has competed in NPC figure competitions, trained collegiate athletes, and currently works at a HIIT Studio in California. She has spent years battling binge/emotional eating, has done over 20 diets, figured out how to beat the vending machine diet while working in corporate, and is passionate about helping others end the diet mentality & be able to help them find harmony in enjoying their favorite foods & getting results.

 

Scott is a previous Division 1 college football player. He has also lost almost 100 lbs on his weight loss transformation journey in under a year. He currently works full time in the sales industry and has a passionate for helping others know how to make their food and meal prep easy & delicious. Scott also helps others understand their relationship with food and how to get started when you feel like you have 0 time to cook or 0 skills to prep. He wants to inspire the guys out there that anyone can achieve their goals, no matter if they haven’t worked out or played a sport in years. He is ready to help you ditch the dine out diet & achieve what you never thought was possible!
